I have over 10 years of experience in photography. This should give you the confidence that I will deliver a high-quality gallery which you can see examples of in my portfolio. I want you to feel beautiful and walk away having had the best time.

Location.
I’ve carefully curated a location guide to help you choose from some of the most breathtaking spots. Whether you prefer the Portland area, the beauty of the Columbia River Gorge, or the Coast, there’s a perfect backdrop for your maternity photos.
Process.
If we are going outdoors, I choose to work only at sunset. This is such a beautiful time of day to create magic in. After your session, your gallery will be delivered to you online within 72 hours. You can then choose your digitals, prints, and any frames or albums to hang on your walls.

Questions and answers.
When is the best time to schedule a newborn session?
It’s ideal to schedule the session within the first two weeks of the baby’s arrival. This is when newborns are sleepier and more flexible for posing. I can do newborns up to 5 weeks of age, even older. But to get the sleepy shots it is best sooner than later.
How long does a newborn session typically last?
A newborn session usually takes around 2-3 hours. When siblings are involved the process can take longer.
What should we wear for the session?
I recommend solid light colors and natural fabrics. It’s best to avoid bright white; however, off-white works great. I also have adorable knits and wraps available for your newborn.
How soon will we receive our photos after the session?
You can expect to receive your gallery approximately 72 hours after the session. Yes, I deliver edited photos very quickly.
Do you offer family photos during the newborn session?
Yes, definitely. The session includes individual images of your baby, as well as photos with siblings, parents, and the entire family if desired. It can also be a baby-only session.
What if my baby is fussy and uncooperative during the session?
It’s completely normal for newborns to be fussy at times. If your baby needs a break or a feeding, we can pause the session to ensure their comfort. Patience is key, and I’ll work at your baby’s pace to capture beautiful moments.
Do you offer outdoor newborn sessions?
Absolutely! I love outdoor newborn showers!
Can I order prints and products through your studio?
I get a little depressed when I think about a photo archive stored somewhere in the cloud or on a hard drive.
I offer high-quality print and products for your home. It is important to me that you have high-quality products for your high-quality images.
So please print your photos!
What if I need to reschedule the session?
Life is complicated and the unexpected is to be expected. So I am very flexible. If you need to reschedule the session, please notify me as soon as possible, and we can work together to find a new suitable date. I don’t do refunds. But happy to reschedule.
Do you offer payment plans for your packages?
I do. I know how life is getting more expensive these days. So I can split your payments in 2, 3 or 4 instalments. As long as the full amount is received by the time we do the session.
