Columbia River Gorge is one of the most beautiful places in Oregon. The backdrop is perfect for family or couple photos.

Most of the year I book my sessions about 1.5 hours before sunset. At this time we can take advantage of the best light! If it is very cloudy, we can reschedule the session a little earlier.
The Columbia River Gorge may be busy. If you can schedule a session for a weekday, that would be ideal, as there will be fewer people. But fortunately, all locations are quite large, so we can find a quiet place. It’s beautiful all year round, but it can get quite cold and windy. Don’t forget warm clothes.

The Beach
My favorite places on the Oregon coast are Pacific City, Cannon Beach and Hug Point. If you want to go further south (more than 2 hours), we can definitely do it, for an additional fee.
The weather at the beach is quite unpredictable, so if you are looking for a warm day then book a session in the summer.
The session starts about an hour before sunset. On a cloudy day we will start 1.5-2 hours before sunset. Don’t forget to bring warm clothes.
The beaches will be less crowded if you can book on a weekday, but if you need to book a session on the Oregon Coast at the weekend, we’ll try to find a quiet spot. If you like fewer people around, it’s better to book on a Sunday.
